It’s February, which is still pretty fresh into the new year. It’s the perfect time for people to begin a new life style, specifically diet wise. And that seems to be the idea famous celebrity Beyonce has.

Beyonce and her trainer Marco Borge have recently gained attention for their 22 day vegan diet plan. The specific time period is based on the fact that it takes 21 days to kick a habit and on the 22nd day you have successfully changed yourself and are ready to live anew. Beyonce herself has taken the diet plan which she considers a very possible challenge to many. “He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices, all you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can.” stated Beyonce. But what exactly is the project part of this diet plan? A delivery service straight from the internet.

The website is 22daysnutrition.com that contains organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and non-GMO meals that range from $9.76 to $16.50 per meal and are delivered once a week with three plans to choose from. The meal plans are also available for shorter duration (five or seven days) or for fewer meals per day. The website exclaims “Join the plant based revolution!” a warm welcome to those who have staggered across the site. It is certainly an honest and healthy diet plan for those willing to make a 22 day change.

Beyonce is famous for inspiring many and setting an example to those of the younger generation. This is just another display of her positive and determined attitude about life. What she has planned to try next is unpredictable, but what is predictable is that her new online vegan delivery service will be a hit for everyone who wants to start 2015 off with a bang.
